Overview

Contact Enrich completes a single prospect record before outreach. Look one person up by their email for the fastest match, or by name (with or without a company) when you only have a researched lead or a referral. The result returns contact details (phone, mobile, LinkedIn, title, and company context) that you can copy straight into a record. A name-only search returns free preview matches without spending enrichment credits; adding a company narrows the results and triggers auto-enrichment for full contact details.

How to use this page

  1. Choose how to search

Use the By Email tab when you already have an address, or By Name when you do not. Email matching is the fastest and most reliable. In name mode you can search on first and last name alone, or add a company to narrow the results.

  2. Enter the details

For email, type the work email. For name, enter first name and last name; the company field is optional. Spell out the legal company name and leave out middle initials and punctuation for the best match. Adding a company narrows the results and enables auto-enrichment for full contact details.

  3. Look up

Click Look Up (or press Enter). For email and name-plus-company searches, the tool checks enrichment data and returns a matching contact with phone, LinkedIn, and company details. For a name-only search (no company), it returns free preview results so you can identify the right person first, then re-run with a company or an email to enrich that specific contact.

  4. Use the enriched details

Review the returned match and use the copy control to grab a clean, paste-ready block, then drop it into the prospect's record or your outreach.

What the buttons do

By Email
Searches by a known email address. Fastest, most accurate match, and auto-enriches the top results.
By Name
Searches by first and last name. The company field is optional: leave it blank for a name-only search that returns free preview matches, or add a company to narrow the results and trigger auto-enrichment for full contact details.
Look Up

Copy
Copies the enriched contact as a clean text block to paste elsewhere.

Common questions

Use email whenever you have it; it is the most reliable and auto-enriches the top results. Use name for a researched lead or a referral where you only have the person's name. A name-only search returns free preview matches; add a company to narrow the results and trigger auto-enrichment for full contact details.
Yes. Enter just a first and last name and the tool returns free preview matches from the enrichment provider. A name-only search can return many results, so it does not auto-spend enrichment credits on the top matches (a name alone is low-confidence). Once you identify the right person from the preview, re-run the search with their company added, or switch to email, to enrich that contact and get full phone, mobile, and LinkedIn details.
Try a work email instead of a personal one, spell out the full legal company name, and remove middle initials or punctuation from the name. A name-only search may return many results, so adding a company helps narrow it down.
Contact Search builds a list of many new prospects to ICP filters. Contact Enrich fills in details for one specific person you already know.
