Overview

Client Agents is the Platform workspace for chatting with a selected client's role agents or a client user's personal assistant. Staff choose a deal from the client switcher, while a client user sees the assistant for the currently selected permitted deal. The switcher exposes active permitted Deals only and repairs an unavailable saved selection by syncing a valid default. Staff role agents are grouped under collapsible Core outbound, Website, Sales, and Other headings. Staff can also open their own primary agent from My agents and use its persistent Work context panel. The staff roster is intentionally compact: role rows show the role and deal, without CRM Pin or Hide controls or a schedule column. Model and effort remain centrally managed by profile.

How to use this page

  1. Select a deal

Staff use the client switcher to choose the deal that scopes the workspace. A client with multiple active deal memberships can choose one of those permitted Deals; archived or inactive memberships are not selectable. If a saved selection is no longer available, the switcher syncs an available default. A single-deal client sees a locked deal label.

  2. Open the client agent view

Staff see the selected deal's available role agents. Expand or collapse Core outbound, Website, Sales, or Other to scan the functions. A client login sees only the personal assistant for the currently selected permitted deal.

  3. Open a role agent

Select a role row such as Client Manager, Email Responder, List Building Specialist, Website Developer, or another available role. The compact staff row shows the role and its deal, then the workspace loads the selected agent.

  4. Use staff Work context

Staff who open their own primary agent in My agents can click Work context to add a note or Markdown item, optionally add a tag, hold selected page text, or remove held items. The global sidebar keeps notes, decisions, snippets, links, and held messages available across staff pages. Client users see their personal assistant and do not see this staff-only panel.

  5. Chat or run

Use the composer to send a request, dictate, attach a supported file, or start a focused run. Empty conversations offer Catch me up, Make a plan, and Review your last run starters. The selected agent follows its centrally managed profile; individual agents do not pick a model.

  6. Review workspace tabs

Use Conversation, History, Memory, Files, and Edit when available. Staff can also review proposed actions in Actions or the proposed-actions banner when authorized.

  7. Test or impersonate a permitted view

Authorized staff can use Test visibility to choose a user and Login as to reload the Client Agents workspace with that user's permitted deal and agent view.

  8. Keep a direct link

Use an agentId link, bookmark, or refresh to keep the selected agent when it remains in the current deal scope. Switching deals reloads the workspace for the newly selected scope.

  9. Review Agent Metrics

Open the Metrics child under Platform > Agents to review prompt activity and usage for the selected active Deal. Choose a date range, read the summary band, and sort the agent table by any visible column. The metrics page keeps the same Deal scope and does not expose spend or model pricing.

Common questions

Yes, when the login has more than one active client-Deal membership. The switcher lists only those permitted active Deals, and the assistant reloads in the selected Deal's scope. A single-deal client sees a locked Deal label.
A saved Deal selection is no longer available when its membership is inactive or the Deal is archived. The switcher removes that unavailable choice and syncs an available default instead.
External client users see the personal assistant for the selected Deal. Staff role agents are not exposed in the client view.
No. Deal selection is validated against the user's active memberships. A URL or query parameter cannot open another client's Deal.
Staff role agents are grouped under Core outbound, Website, Sales, or Other, and each heading can collapse independently. External client users see the personal assistant for the selected permitted Deal.
This page uses a compact, Deal-scoped roster. It shows the role and Deal without a schedule column, and CRM Pin or Hide preferences are managed on the staff CRM Agents roster rather than here.
Yes. Staff can open their own primary agent in My agents and use Work context to keep notes, Markdown, selected text, and held messages across staff pages. Client users see only their personal assistant and do not see this staff-only panel.
No. The composer uses the centrally managed profile policy, and individual agents do not expose a model override.
The full-page Client Agents workspace uses its own composer and does not stack the floating staff Agent Dock on top of it. Staff Work context is available from their own primary agent in My agents.
Open Platform > Agents > Metrics. The page uses the selected active Deal, shows prompts, usage tokens, active agents, and last activity, and lets you sort the usage table. Spend and model pricing are not shown there.
