Overview

Call History lists every outbound and inbound call for the selected client, including manual dialer calls. Use it to filter outcomes, review Title and Associated Domain alongside the contact and company, listen to deal-scoped recordings with on-demand replay, edit dispositions, read analysis and transcripts, leave feedback, and export the filtered set.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Pick a client in the top-right switcher. The summary band updates to show calls, meetings set, recorded calls, and total talk time for the matching set. Recording playback is scoped to the selected client.

  2. Choose outbound or inbound

Use Outbound Calls for dials your team placed or Inbound Calls for callbacks to campaign numbers. The outbound tab includes campaign and AI score controls; inbound calls do not have those fields.

  3. Search and filter

Search by contact, title, associated domain, company, or phone. Add campaign, user, results, date, and Has Feedback Notes filters. The Results menu is a grouped multi-select with category checkboxes and Clear all; click outside it or press Escape to close it.

  4. Scan the table

Rows show Contact, Title, Associated Domain, Company, Phone, Result, Score when permitted, Summary, Duration, Recording, Campaign, User, and Date. Title and Associated Domain are sortable. Long histories show up to 200 rows until you click Show all, while summaries, filters, and exports cover every match.

  5. Change a call disposition

Use the Result dropdown to correct a call. The save updates the call log and contact status immediately. Choosing Meeting Set also records the meeting date, employee, and Phone source. A failed save restores the prior value and shows an error toast.

  6. Review recordings and details

Play or download a recording inline. Playback loads on demand through the selected client's call history and supports replay and seeking. Expand a row for AI analysis, feedback notes, follow-up email, transcript, and SDR notes. The recording player starts at Normal speed and includes circular 10-second skip controls and queued seeking.

  7. Add feedback

In expanded detail, choose Add Feedback, write coaching notes, and Save. Existing notes can be edited. The caller receives an in-app and Slack notification when feedback is added for the first time, except for self-feedback.

  8. Export the filtered calls

Click Export CSV to download the full filtered set. The export includes Title and Associated Domain plus the other visible call fields, and is not limited by the 200-row display cap.

Common questions

The search field matches contact name, job title, associated domain, company, and dialed phone number. Title and Associated Domain are also sortable columns.
Yes. The CSV adds Title and Associated Domain after Contact, followed by the existing company, phone, result, score when visible, duration, summary, campaign, User, and feedback fields.
Yes. Pick a new value in the inline Result dropdown. It saves to both the call log and contact status, and Meeting Set also records meeting metadata. A failed save reverts the dropdown.
Outbound lists calls your team placed and includes campaign and AI score controls. Inbound lists callbacks to campaign numbers and has no campaign or AI score for those calls.
The table shows the first 200 rows for performance. Show all reveals the rest, and the summary, filters, and CSV export always use every matching call.
It supports Play/Pause, a seek bar, Normal 1x starting speed, 0.75x to 2x playback, circular 10-second skip controls, queued seek or skip actions while metadata loads, on-demand loading when you press Play, and MP3 download.
