Overview

Agent Metrics shows prompt activity and recorded token usage for the agents available in the selected Deal. Choose a reporting window, review the summary band, and sort the agent table by name, type, prompts, usage tokens, or last activity. Staff see the selected Deal's active agents; a client user sees the personal assistant for that permitted Deal. Spend and model pricing are intentionally omitted.

How to use this page

  1. Select a client

Use the Client switcher in the Platform top bar to choose an active permitted Deal. Agent Metrics uses that Deal for every summary and table row. If no Deal is selected, the page asks you to choose one first.

  2. Choose a reporting window

Use Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or All time. The page follows the viewer timezone for day boundaries and updates the summary and agent table together.

  3. Read the usage summary

The summary band reports Prompts, Usage tokens, Active agents, and Last activity for the selected Deal and date range. An agent counts as active when it has recorded prompts or token usage in the selected window.

  4. Review agent usage

The Agent usage table lists each available agent with its type, prompt count, recorded usage tokens, and last activity. Paused agents are labeled, and agents without recorded activity show No activity.

  5. Sort the table

Click any table heading to sort by Agent, Type, Prompts, Usage tokens, or Last activity. Click the same heading again to reverse the direction. The initial sort is Prompts descending, and name or type sorts alphabetically by default.

  6. Understand the scope

Staff see active, non-archived agents for the selected Deal. A client user sees only the primary assistant owned by that user for the selected Deal. The page does not show spend, model pricing, or another Deal's activity.
