Overview

Email History is the audit trail of every outbound campaign email sent for the selected client. Use it to confirm what went out, compare Post-Call and Auto-Cadence volume, open the full email record without leaving the page, or jump directly from a contact name to that contact's record. The view opens on today's sends; widen the date range to look further back. Results are paginated 50 per page with first, prev, next, and last controls. There is no cap on the number of emails returned for a date range, so widen the window confidently to audit older sends. The Sent by column shows the actual sender of each email: for an SDR inbox it is the SDR who owns that mailbox, and for a shared sending alias it is the alias display name, not the strategist who built the campaign.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Pick the client in the top-right switcher. Every email shown belongs to that deal's campaigns. The header stat band updates to show Emails in view, Recipients reached, and the Auto-Cadence / Post-Call split.

  2. Set the date range

Use the Start and End date pickers to choose the window. It defaults to today. The page reloads the matching sends when you change either date; if you set Start later than End, the range is swapped automatically.

  3. Filter and search

Narrow the list with the All Campaigns and All Users (sender) dropdowns, or type in the search box to match a contact, company, recipient or sender address, or subject. Changing any filter, the search box, or the sort column resets the page back to page 1. The summary line shows how many of the total emails are currently in view.

  4. Read the table

Each row shows Contact, Company, To, From, Subject, a body Preview, Type (Auto-Cadence or Post-Call), the cadence Step, Campaign, Sent by, and Sent time. Contact names are links to /platform/contacts/[id]; click a name to open that contact record without opening the email preview. Click another part of the row to open the complete email. Click any sortable column header to sort, and click again to flip the direction. The table shows 50 rows per page.

  5. Paginate through results

When more than 50 emails match your filters, a pagination bar appears below the table. It shows the range (e.g., 'Showing 1 - 50 of 320') on the left and navigation controls on the right: first page, previous page, page X of Y, next page, and last page. Changing the search, campaign filter, sender filter, or sort column automatically resets to page 1.

  6. Open the full email

Click a row to open the complete email in a viewer, including the full body and headers, without leaving the page.

  7. Export what you see

Click Export CSV to download the currently filtered and sorted emails as a spreadsheet. Only the rows in view are exported. The CSV header reads Sent by.

Common questions

The date range defaults to today. Change the Start date to look further back. There is no cap on how many emails are returned for a given range.
Auto-Cadence emails are sent automatically by the campaign's email sequence. Post-Call emails are follow-ups tied to a call disposition. The Type badge and the Auto / Post-Call stat show the split.
For auto-cadence emails it is the step number in the sequence (and variant when there is an A/B test). Post-call and one-off emails show a dash.
No. It exports only the rows currently in view, respecting your date range, filters, and search.
No. Previously the page capped at the most recent 500 emails for a date range, but that limit has been removed. All matching emails are returned, paginated 50 per page. Widen the date range to audit older sends.
The actual sender of the email, not the strategist who built the campaign. For an SDR inbox it is the SDR who owns that sending mailbox. For a shared sending alias (a Primary or Sender mailbox with no single owner) it shows the alias display name. If neither can be resolved, it falls back to the user recorded on the send log.
Yes. Click the contact name in the first column. It opens that contact's record at /platform/contacts/[id] and does not open the email preview. Click elsewhere in the row when you want to read the full email.
