Overview

Team Members manages client logins for the selected deal. Invite a new person or add an existing client login to this deal, resend invites, reset passwords, archive or reactivate this deal's access, and let admins preview a member in the selected deal. Removing access from one deal does not remove the login's other deal memberships.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client deal

Choose the client in the switcher. The page and every action are scoped to that selected deal, so a multi-deal client login can be managed one deal at a time.

  2. Review the team

The stat band shows Active, Pending invites, and Archived members for this deal. Each card shows the member, email, join date, last login, and available actions.

  3. Invite or add a member

Click Invite User, enter a name and email, and choose Create User. A new email creates a client login and sends an invite. If the email already belongs to a client login, the page adds that login to the selected deal, and sends an invite only if the login still needs one.

  4. Manage pending invites

Use Pending Invites to show people who have not signed in. Resend Invite sends the selected deal's invite again.

  5. Reset a password

For an active member, choose Reset Password, enter a password of at least eight characters, and choose whether to email it. The password belongs to the login and works across its permitted deals.

  6. Archive or reactivate deal access

Archive revokes access to the selected deal while keeping the login and history. Use Show Archived and Reactivate to restore this deal's access later.

  7. Remove access from this deal

Admins can choose Delete on a member card. The confirmation now says Remove access because it removes the selected deal membership and leaves the login and other deal access in place. If no other membership remains, the login can be deleted; activity records may require archiving instead.

  8. Login as a member

Admins can choose Login As on an active member. The preview is opened with the selected deal context, so it reflects that member's access to this deal.

Common questions

Yes. Enter an existing client login's email while viewing another deal to add that login to the selected deal. Its login and other active deal memberships stay intact.
Only when the existing login has not set a password yet. A login that already works is simply added to the selected deal.
For a multi-deal client login, it removes access to the selected deal and keeps the login plus other deal memberships. If no membership remains, the login may be deleted, subject to activity protections.
Archive keeps the selected deal membership but marks it inactive so the person cannot use that deal until Reactivate. Remove access deletes the selected deal membership while leaving other memberships alone.
The client name in the switcher and under the page title identify the selected deal. Users listed and actions taken here apply only to that deal.
They are admin-only controls and are hidden when the viewer is already impersonating a client. Login As also applies only to active members.
