Overview
Meeting Owners defines who can receive booked meetings for the selected client. The page shows routing coverage and readiness, supports owner details and lifecycle changes, and safely reassigns future bookings before deactivation. Staff and multi-deal clients work on whichever client is selected in the switcher.
How to use this page
Select the client
Choose a client in the switcher. If a client login has multiple active deals, selecting a deal scopes the stats, owners, and routing actions to that deal. Single-deal clients stay on their one deal.
Review routing readiness
Use the top stats and readiness bands to check total owners, meetings with an owner, assignment coverage, active capacity, and inactive owners retained for history.
Add or edit an owner
Use Add Owner for a name plus optional title, email, phone, and external scheduling link. Staff with management access can use Edit and Save to update an existing owner.
Deactivate safely
Use Deactivate to stop new routing while preserving history. If future booked meetings exist, choose a different active owner in the dialog and click Reassign and deactivate.
Reactivate or delete
Use Activate to make an inactive owner eligible again. Delete is available only when no meetings are assigned; owners with history must be deactivated instead.
